Hailing from a small town in Minnesota, I may have started my journey in the land of nice, but God has taken me all over the US. For over 20 years, I have been leading and empowering women to grow in their faith and draw closer to Jesus Christ and His Church. Whether speaking at Catholic conferences, hosting small groups, or through my popular podcast, Theology of Heart and Home, she combines theology with practical wisdom (and a sprinkle of humor) to help women embrace their God-given mission. 

As proud graduate of Benedictine College with a degree in theology, I took her talents from the heartland to the Big Apple, working for FOCUS and spreading the Gospel in a city that never sleeps—though I can confirm, New York City has nothing on raising six kids! 

She’s passionate about mission and teaching women how to integrate faith into the heart and home—because as she says, "If you can't pray while folding laundry, you're probably like the rest of us.”
